<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage screw compressor capable of completely preventing leakage of fluid to be compressed. <P>SOLUTION: This two-stage screw compressor 1 has a first-stage compressor 2 for compressing fluid, a second-stage compressor 3 for further compressing the fluid compressed by the first-stage compressor 2, a motor 4 for driving the first-stage compressor 2 and the second-stage compressor 3, and a box body 28 serving as a flow passage for connecting an outlet 10 of the first-stage compressor 2 and an inlet 16 of the second-stage compressor 3 and forming a connection space 27 storing transmission mechanisms 11, 17 and 26 for transmitting rotation force from the motor 4 to the first-stage compressor 2 and the second-stage compressor 3.
