<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost in a keyboard, by simplifying wiring design and arrangement of a thin film circuit board, by reducing the number of holes in the thin film circuit board. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This light emitting keyboard includes a light guiding plate 1 having a light entering surface 2, a bottom surface 3 and a light emitting surface 4, a light source 5 arranged on one side of the light entering surface 2 of the light guiding plate 1, a first reflecting plate 6 arranged on the bottom surface 3 of the light guiding plate 1, a second reflecting plate 7 arranged on the light emitting surface 4 of the light guiding plate 1, a reinforcing plate 8 arranged on the second reflecting plate 7, the thin film circuit board 9 arranged on the reinforcing plate 8 and having an elastic element 10, a support member 11 arranged on the thin film circuit board 9, arranging a first hole 12 in a position corresponding to the elastic element 10 of the thin film circuit board 9 and having a plurality of first fixing members 13 and a plurality of second fixing members 14 around the first hole 12, a scissors member 15 arranged on the support member 11, and a key top 16 arranged on the scissors member 15.
