<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inserting lock for a bag which can be opened/closed by one operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An inserting lock for a bag consists of a receiving part installed at a bag body and an inserting part installed at a bag lid part. The inserting part consists of an inserting part body, an inserting metal fitting and a bottom plate. The axis of a button is axially supported at the inserting part body rotatably, and a spring is incorporated in between the button and the inserting part body. When the button receives the repulsive force of the spring, it rotates on the axis, the inserting metal fitting side of the button pushes up the button side of the tip end of the inserting metal fitting, the button contacts the top face of the inserting part body and the rotation stops. This is the locked state of the inserting lock for a bag. On the other hand, when the tab part of the inserting metal fitting incorporated into the inserting part body is rotated into the opposite side of the bag lid part, the contact between the end surface at the peephole side which is provided at the receiving part and the end surface provided at the button is unlocked.
