PURPOSE: A multi-layered pipe extruding device equipped with a thickness control flow channel control system of each layer and a multi-layered pipe thereof are provided to stably extrude and supply resin raw materials by selecting the spiral dies stack structure. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered pipe extruding device equipped with a thickness control flow channel control system of each layer is composed of first, second, third spiral dies(10,20,30), and an outer housing(40). The first, second, and third spiral dies have a spiral first resin guide groove, and second and third resin guide grooves(21,31) along an outer wall. The second spiral die surrounds the first spiral die. A constant gap for the flow of an inner layer resin(1) is kept between the first and second spiral dies. The third spiral die surrounds the second spiral die. A constant gap for the flow of an intermediate resin(2) is kept between the second and third spiral dies. The outer housing surrounds the third spiral die. A constant gap for the flow of an outer layer resin(3) is kept between the third spiral die and the outer housing.
