PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment carry-out assisting device for a man-conveyor improved in work efficiency when the equipment of the man-conveyor is carried out of a machine room. SOLUTION: The equipment carry-out assisting device is created which is provided with a vertical load generation device 4 for applying a vertical upward load to the equipment 3 until the equipment 3 is upwardly moved more than the machine room 2a or the like when the equipment 3 of the man-conveyor is carried out of the machine room 2a. Thereby, even by one worker, a heavy weight article such as a control board can be upwardly moved more than the machine room 2a or the like, and the workability of the carry-out of the equipment 3 is outstandingly improved.
