COMPOSITION FOR ACCEPTANCE LAYER OF HEAT TRANSFER IMAGE RECEIVING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for an acceptance layer constituting an acceptance layer of a heat transfer image receiving sheet which shows excellent dyeing properties of dye and releasability of a heat transfer image receiving sheet and excellent light resistance during heat transfer.

SOLUTION: This composition for the acceptance layer for the heat transfer image receiving sheet contains: a resin containing a polyester obtained by condensation polymerizing an alcohol component containing not less than 50 mol.% of an alkylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A and a carboxylic acid component containing more than 50 mol.% of alicyclic carboxylic acid and a polyether-modified silicone with an oxyethylene group and/or an oxypropylene group.
