<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a laminate soft magnetic sheet of which the variation in thickness is suppressed and the variance in magnetic permeability is small. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the laminate soft magnetic sheet includes: a step (A) of obtaining a hardening soft magnetic sheet by applying a soft magnetic composition obtained by mixing soft magnetic powder of flat particles, acrylic rubber having a glycidyl group, epoxy resin, a latent curing agent, and a solvent, onto a release base and drying the soft magnetic composition at a temperature T1 which the curing reaction doesn't occur substantially; a step (B) of preparing two or more hardening soft magnetic sheets and laminating them to obtain a laminate; a step (C) of compressing the obtained laminate through release sheets disposed on both surfaces of the laminate, at a temperature T2 which the curing reaction doesn't occur substantially, sequentially under linear pressures P1, P2, and P3 (P1<P2<P3) by a laminator applying the linear pressures; and a step (D) of compressing the compressed laminate through the release sheets disposed on both surfaces, at a temperature T3 which the curing reaction occurs, by a press machine applying a surface pressure and hardening the compressed laminate to obtain the laminate soft magnetic sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
