<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable size reduction by reducing parts for constituting a bearing, to enhance durability of the bearing to a load, and to prevent galling of a driving shaft. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sliding bearing 15 for rotatably supporting the driving shaft 13 is arranged in a casing 1. This sliding bearing 15 is formed of one cylindrical body, and can be formed smaller than a rolling bearing composed of many parts. The sliding bearing 15 comes into surface contact with the driving shaft 13, and can effectively receive the load by turning operation more than point contact of the rolling bearing. An oil liquid discharge communicating passage 26 is also arranged in the casing 1, and an oil liquid is stored in a space part 18 so that a position for soaking a lower part of a sliding contact part between the driving shaft 13 and the sliding bearing 15 becomes a liquid level.
