<p>A method of effectively recovering alcohols or ethers from a waste aqueous solution using adsorption towers filled with an activated carbon fiber adsorbent is provided to regenerate activated carbon fiber and to decrease COD of wastewater effectively. A method of effectively recovering alcohols or ethers from a waste aqueous solution comprises a step for performing an adsorption process for 400~600 minutes at a temperature of 20~40 °C with pressure of 1~3 kgf/cm^2 by injecting the waste aqueous solution in which alcohols or esters are contained into an adsorption tower(1) having a specific surface area range of 1000~2000 m^2/g, a thickness range of 1~5 mm, and a pore diameter range of 1~12 Å, and a step for performing a desorption process by injecting inert gas with a flow rate of 100~200 mL/min at the temperature of 100~200 °C for 1 ~ 3 hours with the pressure of 1~5 kgf/cm^2.</p> |
