The present invention relates to a shoe sole having hollow cushioning protrusions formed on the outsole as one piece, a mold for producing the same and a production method thereof. In particular, unvulcanized rubber is subjected to heat and pressure for vulcanization to be used in the production of a shoe sole that comprises at least one hollow cushioning protrusion projected outward from the top surface of an outsole, wherein the hollow cushioning protrusion has a hollow interior defining a hermetically sealed air space such that the outsole is not easily depressed and continuously experiences compressive deformation by an external force and the recovery thereof. Advantages of the present invention would therefore include superior shock absorption and rebound resilience functions and an anti-slide effect. |
