PURPOSE: A container and a display device with the same are provided to form a large container by plastic materials, thereby drastically reducing weight of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A containing frame(110) includes an outline part(112) and a plurality of side walls(111,113,115,117). The outline unit includes an inner side defining an opening and an outer side defining a frame shape and an outline. A plurality of side walls is respectively arranged in the outer sides. The containing frame is made by plastic materials. A container is separated from the side wall. The container includes the first reinforcing member(121). The first reinforcing member is arranged in one or more side walls in a longitudinal direction. The first reinforcing member reinforces rigidity of the side wall.
