The present invention relates to a diagonal cutting machine for food materials, to automatically slice food materials such as sausages, cucumbers, lotus root, burdock, bar rice cakes, and so on in equal thicknesses, so a user can conveniently cut without effort. According to the present invention, the diagonal cutting machine comprises: a base frame (10); a cutting housing (20) including a housing main unit (21) which is installed in an upper end of the base frame (10) and has a cutting chamber (22) inside, an inlet tube (23) erected on a front surface of the housing main unit (21) to input food materials (1) into the cutting chamber (22), and an outlet (24) which is formed in a lower end of the housing main unit (21) and communicates with the cutting chamber (22) to discharge the cut food materials (1); a rotary cutter (30) included in the cutting chamber (22) of the cutting housing (20) and installed to be rotated around a diagonal surface slanted at a perpendicular plane to cut the food materials (1) diagonally; and a motor (40) installed in the base frame (10) and rotating a rotary shaft (31a) of the rotary cutter (30). |
