摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a color imaging apparatus which is able to obtain high efficiency and which would not give damages to photoelectrically converted films. SOLUTION: Three photoelectric conversion devices 100, 200, 300 are provided which are aligned and placed along thedirection of image light advance; the photoelectricconversion devices are arranged in a two-dimensional array shape; and each of the photoelectric conversion devices includes a photoelectric conversion element and a read circuit for reading the electric charges generated in the photoelectric conversion element. The first photoelectric conversion device 100 has a peak sensitivity in a first wavelength region in the primary color wavelength regions and has light transmissivity, with respect to the light in second and third wavelength regions. The photoelectric conversion element of the neighboring second photoelectric conversion device 200 receives the transmission light transmitted through the first photoelectric conversion device, has a peak sensitivity in the second wavelength area of three primary colors and has light transmissivity, with respect to the third wavelength area. The third photoelectric conversion device 300, arranged at the post-stage of the second photoelectric conversion device, receives transmission light transmitted through the first and the second photoelectric conversion devices and has a peak sensitivity in the third wavelength region.
