PURPOSE: An elastomer-resin alloy composition is provided to ensure excellent elasticity, soft texture, impact absorption, various color expression, and water resistance of a thermoplastic elastomer, and mechanical strength and rigidity of a resin. CONSTITUTION: An elastomer-resin alloy composition comprises a thermoplastic elastomer 1~99 weight% and a resin 99~1 weight%. The thermoplastic elastomer is one or more selected from a thermoplastic urethane-based elastomer, thermoplastic styrene-based elastomer, thermoplastic olefin-based elastomer, thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride-based elastomer, and thermoplastic amide-based elastomer.
