METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF FEMOROPOPLITEAL ARTERIAL SEGMENT OCCLUSION

A method for surgical treatment of femoropopliteal arterial segment occlusion comprises the femoropopliteal shunting and formation of arteriovenous fistula between a popliteal artery and venous system of lower extremity. The arteriovenous fistula is formed with the distal segment of great saphenous vein, the valves of which are attacked by a valvulotome, and in the veins of foot the valves are attacked by a catheter on the controlled guide.
