PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition with improved percutaneous absorption of active ingredient is provided to improve stability of active ingredient and promote percutaneous absorption. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with improved percutaneous absorption of active ingredient comprises a methacrylate copolymer capsule containing the active ingredient and a copolymer capsule or a phospholipid capsule containing copolymer capsule. The methacrylate copolymer is a copolymer comprising 2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, and n-butyl methacrylate. A membrane of phospholipid capsule contains sterol.
