<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external media control method, system and device for preventing the leakage of information due to the easy carriage of an electronic file by an external media. <P>SOLUTION: This external media control device is composed of: a management server 1 which manages the file of information such as an electronic file; and external media 5 to be carried to the outside of the management server 1. The management server 1 obtains the information of an authentication request from a user terminal 2 to achieve personal authentication, and obtains the information of the carriage application of a prescribed file from the user terminal 2 to manage the information of an approval result to the file, and performs the mutual authentication of the external media 5 connected to the management server 1, and when the mutual authentication is legal, the management server 1 obtains information including the other management server obtained by specializing the write control of the file to the external media 5 as state information from the external media 5, and executes the access control of the file in the external media 5 according to the state information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
