<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal for, when any abnormal act beyond a preregistered typical act is detected, immediately and automatically notifying the result even when a portable telephone owner or a notification candidate do not instruct notification. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 is provided with: a date and time acquisition part 2 for acquiring the date and time; a position acquisition part 3 for acquiring a current position; an act history storage part 7 for storing information to be output by an act estimation part 4 which estimates the act of an owner as an act history; and a typical act pattern storage part 8 for storing a typical act pattern in which the act of the owner at the prescribed date and time and position is preset. An act pattern comparing part 9 compares the act history information on the date and time set in the typical act pattern with the typical act pattern information, and when the typical act pattern is not matched with the act history, a notification part 10 notifies an incoming terminal 11 of abnormal act information showing the result.
