<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for automatically washing a printing die for printing a corrugated board or others. <P>SOLUTION: The washing device has inserting hanger rails 6 for hanging down the printing dies 1 before washing bridging endless chains 7 wound around sprockets 5 in both the sides of the washing device and storing hanger rails 11 for hanging down the printing dies after washing bridging endless chains 71 wound around sprockets 51, rollers 36 for chucking the fringe materials 3 of the printing dies 1 are arranged, and a detecting device for measuring the length of the printing dies 1 and a printing die detecting device 40 for detecting the presence or absence of the printing dies 1 by the end faces of the fringe materials 3 of the printing dies 1 are arranged in the washing device.
