<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire pneumatic pressure sensor capable of executing the charge when tires are not rotated when a vehicle is parked or stopped, and a tire pneumatic pressure monitoring system having the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tire pneumatic pressure sensor 20 which is integrated with a valve stem 22 for filling air in a tire 2a to detect the pneumatic pressure of the tire 2a comprises a fan 24 which is rotatably installed in the valve stem 22, a generator 26 for generating the power by the rotational force of the fan 24, and a storage battery 28 for storing the power generated by the generator 26.
