<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static induction electrical apparatus wherein the degradation of quality of a heat dissipation rib is hard to occur without any influence of pressure of a liquid refrigerant on a tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Heat dissipation ribs 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are made smaller in thickness than the plate thickness of a tank 4, and they are attached to the side wall 4B of the tank. At the same time, the volume of heat dissipation from the heat dissipation ribs, namely, the pressure receiving area of the heat dissipation ribs receiving a pressure of the liquid refrigerant, is made larger toward the upper side from the lower side in the direction of height.
