The inventive emulsifier is based on alkyl polyglycosides and fatty alcohols and comprises at least one type of alkyl polyglycoside of formula (A) RO(G1)a(G2)b(G3)c(G4)d(G5)e, wherein R is a linear aliphatic radical with or without multiple bonds, having from 4 to 14 carbon atoms, G1,G2,G3,G4,G5 are identical or different ose residues selected from hexooses and pentaoses a, b, c, d, and e are equal to 0 or 1, the a, b, c, d, and e sum is equal to or greater than 1 and at leas one type of branched alcohol of formula (B) CH(CnH2n+1)(CmH2m+1)CH2-OH, wherein m is an integer ranging from 4 to 18, n is an integer ranging fron 2 to 18 and a (n+m) sum is equal or greater than 6. |
