PURPOSE: An output driver, a semiconductor memory device including the same, and an operating method thereof are provided to improve SI(Signal Integrity) of the output driver by changing a slew rate. CONSTITUTION: A decoder generates termination resistance set information decided by the combination of the inputted command and address. An output driver(500) outputs the data by controlling the slew rate according to the termination resistance set information. A pre-driver(510) controls and outputs the slew rate of a pull-up control signal and a pull-down control signal. A pull-up driver(520) outputs high data in response to the pull-up control signal. A pull-down driver(530) outputs low data in response to the pull-down control signal. The pull-up driver and the pull-down driver outputs the data by terminating the output node.
