The invention relates to producing mineral fertilizers, in particular, to production and use carbamide with extended action term. The invention can be used at plants producing mineral fertilizers applicable for main agricultural crops including vegetables. The fertilizer comprises nitrogen as carbonic acid diamide, biologically active additives, stabilizers, and an anticaking agent. A process for producing nitric fertilizer comprises introduction a biologically active additives as a humic preparation, evaporation carbamide fusion, granulation in boiling bed using an antifoam agent or vegetable oil and treating by the anticaking agent. There provided data of effect using the nitric fertilizer comprising biologically active and stabilizing additive upon level of agricultural product contamination by radionuclides and heavy metals. The use of claimed fertilizer provides for raising crop yield and improving products quality.
