摘要 The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to a capillary electrophoresis method and can be used for electrophoretical determining the composition of multicomponent solutions. Said invention is directed to eliminating the influence of uncontrolled dispersion of velocities of an electroosmotic flow on the electrophoretic separation repeatability. The inventive method of electrophoretical dividing multicomponent solutions consists in washing a capillary with an electrolyte solution, introducing a sample into the capillary, electrophoretically dividing components of the sample in the capillary by means of a voltage action applied between the capillary ends, detecting and measuring the exit time of the sample individual components, determining a flow potential value by measuring the potential difference between the capillary ends at a certain pressure difference between the capillary ends during washing the capillary with the electrolyte solution and in identifying the sample components according to the measured flow potential values and the exit times of the sample components. The inventive device comprises containers for electrolyte and the samples, a capillary, capillary setting means embodied in such a way that they enable to place the capillary ends into said containers for the electrolyte and the sample, means for forming an electrolyte flow in the capillary pneumatically connected to the capillary setting means, means for producing a voltage between the capillary ends, a sensor connected to the capillary, a signal control and processing system, also includes flow potential measuring means embodied in such a way that they enable to close said electric measuring circuit, which consists of the electrolyte in the containers and in the capillary, during the capillary washing with the electrolyte and to disjoint it during the electrophoretic separation. The reproducibility significantly increases and the productivity raises in electrophoretical determining the composition of the multicomponent solutions.
