<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further simplify processing to register a telephone number of a caller before the caller makes a call the receiver of which is charged, and processing to delete the telephone number of the caller after the caller makes the call. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a Web mail sever, a call-receiver sends an electronic mail to which a telephone number for a call the receiver of which is charged is attached to a caller who is allowed to make a call the receiver of which is charged, and the caller makes a call to the telephone number for a call the receiver of which is charged described in the e-mail. The telephone number of the caller is registered in a server to control charging a call-receiver and when the valid term registered in the Web server expires, the telephone number of the caller registered in the server to control charging a call-receiver is deleted.
