<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress out-of-synchronism between a video signal and an audio signal, without mounting a quantity of delay memories. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a video coding processing section 12 that implements delay processing to a video signal and codes the delayed video signal to produce video coded data; and an audio coding processing section 13 that implements delay processing to an audio signal and codes the delayed audio signal with a designated coding frame length to produce audio coded data. A synchronization control section 14 compares a time of processing by the video coding processing section 12 with that of the audio coding processing section 13 and designates the coding frame length when the audio coding processing section 13 codes an audio signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
