<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an enterprise advertisement on a display image and an output for each situation when a cellular phone user uses functions of call, mail and others, by storing in advance advertisement information (characters, images, sounds) before shipping from a manufacturer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A storage unit 3 of a cellular phone comprises an advertisement information storage section 3a. When the cellular phone is manufactured, the advertisement information storage section stores therein advertisement information of an advertiser having concluded a contract, the advertisement information being composed of character, image and sound data. The cellular phone comprises means 2a, 2b, 2c for displaying or outputting the advertisement information read from the advertisement information storage section in a screen region, sound region or transmission/reception information having no adverse effect on cellular phone operations by a user or functions of the cellular phone.
