<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably create encoded recording data from stored raw material data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An image processing system 1 is provided with: a digital still camera 2 for preliminarily storing at least single scenario data showing a corresponding relation between requested raw material data and data processing to raw material data and raw material data requested in at least single scenario data; and an information processor 4 for receiving power supply from a commercial power source. Object scenario data selected by the user is specified from among at least single scenario data stored in the digital still camera 2, and while data processing to be operated to raw material data requested in the object scenario data is specified based on the specified object scenario data, the specified data processing is operated to the raw material data so that edition data can be generated, and during power supply from the commercial power source, the generated edition data is encoded so that recording data can be generated.
