<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system that quickly searches for the same object imaged from different directions. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing system comprises a model storage part for storing a three-dimensional reference model representing an object, a model generation part for generating a three-dimensional object model corresponding to an object included in a plurality of captured images according to the image contents of the plurality of captured images, an image storage part for storing the plurality of captured images in association with difference information between the object model corresponding to the object included in the plurality of captured images and the reference model, an image acquisition part for acquiring a new captured image, and an image selection part for selecting the captured image stored in the image storage part in association with difference information indicating a higher matching degree than a value predetermined by difference information between an object model corresponding to an object included in the new captured image and the reference model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
