摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a torque rod capable of reducing the number of parts, simplifying attaching work, reducing manufacturing cost and lightening the torque rod in weight. SOLUTION: A bush holding part 3 furnished with a press fitting hole H for a first vibration isolating bush B1 is provided on a mounting bracket 1, and a mounting part 4 against an engine E of the mounting bracket 1 and the bush holding part 3 are integrally formed of an aluminum material. The first vibration isolating bush B1 is press fitted in the press fitting hole H, and a pair of holding plates 16 is provided on one end part of the torque rod 100. A second vibration isolating bush B2 is provided on the other end part of the torque rod 100, a first internal cylinder 11 provided on the first vibration isolating bush B1 is held by a pair of the holding plates 16 of the torque rod 100, and the second vibration isolating bush B2 is connected to a vehicle body 2.
