A heat exchanger has tubes arranged in parallel at regular distances so they extend in the same direction as the ventilation direction of heat exchange medium flowing through the tube. The heat exchange medium is introduced and distributed to the plural tubes via an inlet tank. A fin interposed between the tubes increases the contact surface area of air passing between the tubes. The heat exchange medium flowing through the tubes is collected and then discharged by an outlet tank.
