<p>The present invention concerns a fan for exterminating insects, which exterminates them through impact. The fan for exterminating insects comprises: a hub coupled to a drive shaft; a plurality of inner blades arranged radially on the hub; a ring joining the outer ends of the inner blades; and outer blades arranged on the opposite surface of the ring to that of the inner blades, and formed in such a way that the direction in which they send the air stream is the opposite to that of the inner blades. The ring is formed in such a way as to project beyond the inner blades. Consequently, the ring can stop pieces of insects which have been cut up by the inner blades from flowing outwards, and can substantially reduce unwanted noise by preventing the air stream produced by the inner blades from clashing with the air stream produced by the outer blades.</p> |
