<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of reducing inconvenience of a viewer after finishing viewing VOD contents regardless of a difference in the state of progress between a broadcasted program and the VOD contents when viewing the same contents as that of the broadcasted program using VOD. <P>SOLUTION: A video receiving device includes a broadcast receiving means for receiving a program to be broadcasted, a content acquisition means for acquiring the same contents as that of a program being broadcasted from a content archive, a progress comparing means for comparing the progress of the program being broadcasted with the progress of the contents, and a display screen creation means to create and output a progress state display screen at least displaying a time difference between the end of the program being broadcasted and the end of the contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
