<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact image-blur correction device capable of highly accurately correcting image-blur. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image-blur correction device includes: driven means 52 and 53 including a correction lens for correcting the image-blur; a driving means for driving the driven means; a supporting means 54 for supporting the driven means so that the driven means can move in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis through the use of flexibility of wire members 12a and 12c; and wire member connecting means 14, 15 and 16 each connecting between the wire member and the supporting member, and having a function of absorbing the tension change of the wire member.
