PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use credit up to an amount that is equal to or greater than a limited use amount within a designated period without any risk burden on a credit company, and to raise convenience of a credit user.

SOLUTION: A payment management server 1 (credit payment management device) performs temporary debit processing within a predetermined amount preset by a customer from the customer's credit payment account, and recovers a limit use amount corresponding to an amount within the predetermined debited amount when a credit processing reference request transmitted from a store terminal 3 (credit processing reference terminal) via a payment network (first network) exceeds the limit use amount within the customer's prescribed period and when there is a balance equal to or more than a prescribed amount in the customer's credit payment account as the result of reference to a bank host.
