<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine continuously cutting off a joint part maintaining a tubular shape in a bamboo in a natural figure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bamboo joint cutting machine is configured to comprise a drill bit for cutting off the center part of a joint at the tip of a center steel bar, cutting blades for cutting off the outer peripheral part of the joint remained in the rear of the drill bit, and a cutting blade storing tube connected to an outer pipe outside the center steel bar in the rear of the cutting blades, wherein each of a center shaft and the outer pipe is a member with the end part being of a screw construction allowing connection and extension, and a bamboo joint is cut off by the drill bit and the cutting blades by rotating the center steel bar with a rotating handle. When the bamboo cutting machine becomes long by connection of the center steel bars and the outer pipes, deterioration of operability by deflection can be prevented by connecting guide blades retaining the bamboo joint cutting machine at the center part inside a bamboo tube to the outer pipe at an appropriate interval.
