PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unnecessary signal frequencies lower than a frequency band of a fundamental wave by a simple configuration using a bypass capacitor, to suppress noise sources and unwanted spurious signals, and to reduce the number of power supply terminals by unifying power supply lines by a simple configuration consisting of an output matching circuit and the bypass capacitor.
SOLUTION: Unnecessary signals having frequencies lower than a frequency band of a fundamental wave are eliminated by a low-frequency eliminating circuit 7 which is connected between a power supply line 5 and a power supply terminal 6 of a high-frequency power amplifier and consists of a plurality of bypass capacitors 71 and inductors (or microwave transmission lines) 72 connected in series to the individual bypass capacitors, respectively. By eliminating and suppressing unnecessary signal frequencies such as reception band noise in a frequency band lower than the frequency band of the fundamental wave, spurious oscillation, or the like, the quality of wireless communication is improved. Moreover, a plurality of high-frequency power amplifiers each share a power supply terminal with the low-frequency eliminating circuit 7, resulting in the reduction of power supply terminals. Consequently, a circuit section can be reduced in the size, weight and cost.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
