PURPOSE: A finishing material for chair and manufacturing method for the same are provided, which can implement very strong structure and makes manufacture easy. CONSTITUTION: A finishing material for chair comprises an outer cover, a ling, and a cushioning layer. The surface of the outer cover is exposed to the outside. The ling contacts the sheet(3) and seat back(2) of a chair. The cushioning layer is interposed between the outer cover and ling. The outer cover, ling, and cushioning layer are mutually stuck to each other through an adhesion hole formed by the high frequency. The cushioning layer is comprised of the polyol of 50~60 weight%, the TDI polyurethane of 30~35 weight%, the catalyst of 0.3~0.5 weight%, the silicon of 0.5~1.0 weight%, the fire-retardant of 8~10 weight%, the blowing agent of 2~5 weight%, and the pigment of 1~2 weight%.
