FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely traumatology and orthopaedics. A thin wide grooved osteotome is introduced under iliac crest, goes all the way through with forming an arched osteotomy line, herewith preserving an edge of iliac crest with a fixation zone of abdominal muscles. The osteotome is removed, turned over and also introduced through iliac bone thus forming a mirror "counter-arch" under the arched osteotomy line. The osteotomes traverse the bridges between two arched osteotomies. The centre of a formed autograft is pierced through; a graft is broken off when pumped through and removed from a hole defect. ^ EFFECT: method provides formation of the high-quality graft, painlessness in the postoperative period, reduced operational time, elimination of cosmetic defect, and lower injuries. ^ 7 dwg |
