<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording tape cartridge 10 which secures the length of an antenna constituting a RFID. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A recording tape cartridge 10 has a reel 14 on which a magnetic tape T is wound, a pair of plate portions opposing to the axis line direction of the reel 14, a case 12 housing rotatably the reel 14 in the inside of a floating restricting wall 28 provided along the prescribed circumference inside of peripheral walls 16A, 18A, and an IC tag 60 provided in the case 12. The IC tag 60 has an antenna 64 provided along the floating restricted wall 28 of the case 12 and an IC tag body 62 fixed to the floating restricted wall 28 while guided to the antenna 64, and reading and writing of information are performed by communication from the outside of the case 12.
