<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorded data management device capable of setting a common time delimiting point to recorded data recorded by the own device and recorded data recorded by the other party's device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The recorded data management device (MFD 10) records telephone voices (S2). The MFD 10 sets a time delimiting point for the recorded data during calling (S4), and transmits the designated time delimiting point to the opposite party's device of telephone call (S10). Alternatively, the MFD 10 receives a time delimiting point different from the designated time delimiting point from the other party's device of telephone call (S4). The MFD 10 sets at least either the designated time delimiting point and the received time delimiting point in the recorded data (S6, S14). The MFD 10 transmits the designated time delimiting point to the other party's device and sets the time delimiting point received from the other party's device in the own recorded data, thereby enabling to set a common time delimiting point.
