<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain higher performance for tracking processing than conventionally. <P>SOLUTION: State variable probability distribution information at present time is estimated by main state variable probability distribution information at preceding time, an observation value at present, and sub-state variable probability distribution information at present time for a tracking target on the basis of ICondensation. Furthermore, when the sub-state variable probability distribution information at present time is acquired, detection information regarding different information about detection target as detecting information about a predetermined detection target related to the tracking target is acquired to use a plurality of pieces of the information.
