<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for smoothly easily carrying out escape in emergency since safety of escape in emergency is insufficient though security against crime is now improved day by day. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lock box corresponding to emergency is installed at a lower part of a lock box corresponding to a normal time.
