<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generating interference of light when a dark color mask member is arranged behind a mirror element in a rearview mirror in which a light-emitting display device is incorporated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mirror element 14 is configured by forming a translucent reflecting film 18 on one side of a transparent substrate 16. A dark color mask member 20 is arranged on the rear surface of the mirror element 14. An opening 20a is formed on the dark color mask member 20. A light-emitting display device 22 is arranged behind the mirror element 14 to face the opening 20a. A projecting portion 20c as a spacer is formed across the peripheral edge of a front surface 20b of the dark color mask member 20.
