<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification processing apparatus which can prevent the compression unevenness and compression insufficiency of a processing object, and can obtain solidified matter having sufficient shape retention. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of spiral axes 2 are arranged at the inside of casing 11 having a charge port 12 of waste. Each spiral axis 2 is composed of the first spiral axis 21, the second spiral axis 22 and the third spiral axis 23 in this order from the side of the charge port 12. In this order, the diameters D1, D2, D3 of the axial parts 21a, 22a, 23a are formed so as to be large, the pitches P1, P2, P3 of spiral blade parts 21b, 22b, 23b are formed so as to be small, and the thicknesses T1, T2, T3 of the spiral blade parts 21b, 22b, 23b are formed so as to be large. The second spiral axis 22 and the third spiral axis 23 are surrounded by a lining piece 15, so as to define a processing chamber. The waste charged from the charge port 12 is held by the first spiral axis 21 and is transferred, is kneaded and compressed by the second spiral axis 22 while preventing backstreaming, is further kneaded and compressed by the third spiral axis 23, and is extruded to a bar shape from the shaping nozzle 53 of an edge board 5.
