<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for dimming glass laminate, which can develop a dimming function independently and has high flexibility, and to provide a dimming glass laminate using the intermediate film for dimming glass laminate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An intermediate film 1 for dimming glass laminate has an outermost layer 2 containing a thermoplastic resin, a transparent conductive layer 3, an electrochromic layer 4, an electrolyte layer 5, the transparent conductive layer, and the outermost layer containing the thermoplastic resin, which are laminated in order.
