<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic release film having a simple structure excellent in a releasing property, a cushioning property and an antistatic property usable for example to use in hot press heating adhesion of a flexible print substrate plate and a cover-ray film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An antistatic release film comprises a fluorine resin layer as the outer most layer and a resin layer containing an antistatic agent as an intermediate layer, and the fluorine resin layer has a thickness of 1 to 10 μm or less.
