The circuit has a collector (1) for collecting and concentrating solar radiation. A heat transfer medium transports thermal energy. A storage system (2) intermediately stores the thermal energy. A thermoelectric power generator (3) is supplied with the energy from the storage system for power generation. A control device controls flow of heat transfer medium from the storage system to the power generator for generation of power by temperature reduction and flow of heat transfer medium from the power generator to the collector for reheating the heat transfer medium.
