<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion controller, a simulation method and a simulation program for performing simulation which does not require actual devices, in a real time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This motion controller is provided with an operation execution part for performing the execution processing of a motion program for controlling the operation of this device in each prescribed time; and a simulation execution part for performing the simulation of the operation of the device in a spare time after processing, by the operation execution part to be performed during each prescribed time.
